We've been planning for eight months now and are excited to be sending out this first announcement about our annual Missionary Christmas Retreat. We have already heard from new missionaries inquiring about the dates of the Retreat and we look forward to having them with us. It is an honor and privilege for us to honor you and your family, God's choicest servants, for your dedicated service to our Lord.

MISSIONARY CHRISTMAS RETREAT December 2-4, 2011

Once again we will begin with a beautiful banquet for the adults and teens on Friday night, December 2 at 6:00 p.m. Our ladies will turn the banquet hall into a winter wonderland where you will be served a delicious dinner, followed by a fun program and inspirational service. You will be blessed by our "suprise" guest speaker who will be speaking throughout the weekend. The
children will of course have their own parties and programs in other parts of the church. The evening will climax with gifts for everyone in the family.
The weekend will continue with a breakfast buffet at 9:00 a.m.on Saturday morning followed by another service with our guest speaker. Saturday afternoon will include a strasse ride to downtown Mannheim where we will visit the beautiful Mannheim Christmas Markt. On Sunday you are invited to participate in the regular services of Rhein River Baptist Church where our guest speaker will be speaking in all the services. Dinner and a light supper will be provided for you on Sunday. You can feel free to come for all or any part of the Retreat.
Free lodging will be provided for you on Friday and Saturday night at a beautiful 4 star German gast haus located very near our church if we receive your reservation by November 15. If you need further lodging you will need to contact us . Please get your reservation form in as soon as possible to help us with our planning. If you know of an independent Baptist missionary family who has not received an invitation would you please let us know. This is especially important this year since our computer was hacked and we lost many missionary addresses.
